No problem. Thing is that most of the times, when members go to that section and post a complaint they are already upset. So we don't want them to be too heated before we try to explain things to them.

About apologizing, you don't have to. It's really ok. It's just that we can sometimes sound cold but in reality we are only trying to be direct.
